Helsinn Advanced Synthesis S.A.
Helsinn Advanced Synthesis SA came on stream in October 2001. This investment has enabled the Group’s Chemical Operations to enter the field of HPAI and API manufacturing requiring special containment conditions.
Located in Biasca, Switzerland (adjacent to Helsinn Chemicals SA), the 3-level building offers five segregated production bays for the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients as well as two separated and isolated plants for the manufacturing of High Potency Active Ingredients.
Meticulous planning and expert consultation has enabled Helsinn Advanced Synthesis to design a facility with higher than state-of-the-art standards, which reflect and satisfy future regulatory requirements from a FDA standpoint (FDA inspected in July 2003, where NO FDA-483 Form was issued).
The plant is fully equipped with reactors, centrifuges and finishing areas, all in an air-conditioned and contained environment.

PyLogistics sàrl is a company with limited responsibility (sàrl) according to the Swiss law, with seat in Monthey. Its regulations were legally confirmed on July 14th, 2004, and its activities officially started on August 2nd, 2004. The social capital of the company amounts to 20'000 CHF and is divided in two paid-up shares.
The activities of the companies of the Giovanola Frères S.A. group in Monthey having been finalized, PyLogistics sàrl has taken over the technical documentations relating to the chemical devices department and also concluded a partnership with the companies owning the rights relating to the "Amusement Rides" department.
With the know-how of Giovanola Frères S.A., the preferential relations with other companies established by former collaborators of Giovanola Frères S.A., as well as with the well-known suppliers PyLogistics sàrl is able to survey and complete different types of projects, offering its customers an equal quality to the one having made Giovanola Frères S.A.’s reputation in the past.
Innovator AG
The company INNOVATOR AG was founded in 1976 in Meggen. With the idea of protecting the environment and nature from leaked oils and chemicals, some practical tools for applying binders for leaking liquids have been developed, tested and patented. The absorber Kagra Sorb is a self developed product. It is self-nontoxic and a natural by-product of the paper industry, which mainly consists of specially processed cellulose produced by INNOVATOR AG itself in Switzerland. The relationship with trading partners has been expanded over the years, the assortment has been extended with the help of outstanding binders and the Kagra Sorb product has been continuously perfected. Since time immemorial, it has also been produced by the owners themselves in the production facility in Ballwil LU and distributed throughout Switzerland. Since the summer of 2016, Simona Lindenmann and Samuel Gautschi have been the new owners of INNOVATOR AG and, as former users from the transport and towing sector, appreciate the abilities of the various absorbers. The relationships with the trading partners are further intensified in order to be able to offer our customers the right absorbers and to continue the good customer relations and to take care of them with care.
