At our medical technology division injection moulding of advanced polymers is one of our core competencies. Our spectrum of services extends from engineering, injection mould tooling, clean room injection moulding through to completely assembled, tested and packaged system solutions in plastic.
The Rotkreuz production plant also manufactures valves, measurement and control systems of the GEMÜ Group, particularly high-purity (HP) valves. As a supplier of customised polymer components for industrial applications we develop products in areas such as fibre-reinforced plastics, high-temperature materials, with metal inserts and mechanical post-processing.

The company Fluitec Georg AG (generally named as Fluitec) was founded in 1993 in Winterthur. In 2002 Fluitec moved its offices and workshop facilities to Neftenbach, at Winterthurs periphery. Nowadays, Fluitec counts to the top leaders of the world in the static mixing and reaction technology.
Many of the apparatuses and process solutions which were invented, developed and patented by Fluitec, have sustainable influenced the market and became state-of-the-art techniques.
