The production process is completely organized in a vertical system and in production lines dedicated to the specific appliances sectors. The excellent technical and process automation solutions supplied by the sister company SIPA SpA, the quality control and the integrated production process, guarantee a high quality standard of the finished product.
TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MANAGEMENT
Since 1998 ZI Heating Elements Technologies has introduced a Total Productive Management (TPM) project, to increase plants efficiency and to develop and divulgate (MAKE KNOWN) knowledge's and experiences in the sphere of production processes management.

FIC S.p.A. was established in 1951 and nowadays it is still a FAMILY-RUN BUSINESS focused on HEAT EXCHANGERS based on PILLOW PLATES.
Located in Mese, north of Milan, the factory stretch over an area of more than 40,000 m2. Around 130 employees work more than 1,500 tonnes of stainless steel every year utilising modern equipment such as THREE LASER WELDING LINES and ONE RESISTANCE SPOT WELDING LINE. International expansion of FIC has occurred in over 60 countries.

Chemia is a private company that has been working in the fine chemicals and agrochemicals industry since 1962. Production is carried out in two factories in Northern Italy, the main site located on the industrial estate of S.Agostino (Ferrara) and the other one in Gorizia.
Chemia specializes in the manufacturing of agrochemicals of all toxicological classes and of fertilizers for fertigation, soil and foliar nutrition. Chemia markets agrochemicals with its own brand and fertilizers under the Nutriland logo.
Chemia also is a well recognized toller, servicing as contract formulator for both agrochemical and fertilizer industry at international level.
Production involves synthesis and formulation. Fungicides, insecticides, herbicides are formulated as wettable powders, dust, emulsifiable concentrates, aqueous solutions, concentrated suspensions, micro-emulsions, micro/macro granules and water-dispersable microencapsulated products.
Specialty fertilizer range is manufactured as liquid, microgranular, soluble powder and paste forms.
