The Group of companies was founded in 1996 and has locations in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Serbia. The Business Designers (Consulting) provide support independently from investment projects with Management Consulting, Compliance Consulting as well as Information Systems Consulting. The Technology Designers (Engineering) handle critical investment projects with all disciplines: planning and realization, construction and upgrading of production plants, development and research centers – especially as general planner.
