Our platform OpenChrom® allows to integrate and process analytical data from different sources. In many cases, different software tools are usually used for the same task: detect, integrate, identify, quantify and report peaks. Most often, these tools are vendor specific. That makes it hard to exchange and compare data and results between vendors. Hence, a unique platform is needed to combine different sources of input and to run a harmonized workflow. Nevertheless, chromatography data processing is a complex tasks. Due to the modularity of our platform, it becomes relatively easy to encapsulate tasks, reduce its complexity and to focus on the problem. As already mentioned, chromatography isn’t an easy thing so is spectroscopy data processing. The problem remains the same. As the platform can be extended in many ways, we proudly say: challenge accepted. Due to its versatility, it can be used in many ways.

There is no such standard workflow in chemistry data analysis. Many different workflows and applications exist. Our platform OpenChrom® is versatile and allows to address many different applications. Generally, our software can be used for targeted and untargeted data analysis. Specifically, it can be used for quality control or forensic purposes.
