NOVEK is a new company, founded in March 2012 by combining the companies Aarding Components, Aarding Cutting Technology and Stork Special Products B.V. The history of these companies goes back to 1959 and all the experience and knowledge accumulated throughout the years are incorporated in NOVEK, thus providing a solid base to serve our customers to the best possible extent.

NOVEK is a technical services provider in the field of engines, transmissions, cooling systems and special structures.

NOVEK is customer focused and committed to long-term cooperation with both customers and suppliers. We offer clients solutions across the product life cycle (development, production, operation and maintenance). Our solutions are customized: attractive and ready for the future.
