Precise optical metrology is our passion. Every measuring instrument has to be calibrated to deliver reliable results. We support you in this demanding task. The easier the calibration can be carried out, the less time is lost for the actual measuring task. We train and advise you in all optical measurement tasks (e.g. according to ISO 25178-600) and implement a traceable calibration.

Our tailor-made calibration standards are based on years of experience in high-precision measurement technology. Our evaluation software is based on sophisticated algorithms and follows the latest standards.
