Pröll GmbH’s core business lies in the development and production of innovative screen and pad printing inks as well as custom products for coating/printing plastics. Beyond the scope of its traditional business, Pröll is also endowed with leading capacities in the area of IMD technology (film insert molding). The ink, NORIPHAN® HTR, developed in collaboration with Bayer MaterialScience AG, is perfectly suited to printing Makrofol® films . The ink is extremely flexible, resistant to high temperatures, and allows injection molding to be performed directly onto the surface of the ink. NORIPHAN® HTR was created for the manufacture of 3D-forming parts in car interiors (climate controls) and mobile phones (keypads/covers). New washout resistant inks such as NORIPHAN® XWR, adhesion promoters and Dual-Cure protection lacquers are available for IMD technology.
