Seminar E. is an officially recognized institution for the implementation of specialist and advanced training courses in accordance with Section 11 of the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance. This regulates the supply of certain particularly hazardous products. The training courses may also be held online.

While comprehensive expertise authorizes the supply of such substances and mixtures, including biocides and pesticides, restricted expertise limits the authorization to supply. Individual substances such as methanol or products containing styrene, substances and mixtures as a whole as well as biocides and plant protection products can be selected.

Seminar E. also organizes numerous other seminars and courses. For example, the seminar on measuring in confined spaces leads to specialist knowledge in accordance with DGUV Rule 113-004.

The annual instruction for persons handling hazardous substances and mixtures, such as disinfectants, fumigants, paints and varnishes and other biocides, is prescribed by § 14 GefStoffV.

The program also includes training as a hazardous substance officer for safe hazardous substance management in accordance with the Hazardous Substances Ordinance, REACh and CLP Ordinance and the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV).

Seminar E. also offers the opportunity to obtain an aerial work platform driver's license in accordance with the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV) and DGUV Regulation 100-500 on the operation of aerial work platforms.

In addition, Seminar E. organizes officially recognized expert and advanced training courses as well as specialist courses in accordance with the Hazardous Substances Ordinance §15 in conjunction with Annex I No. 4. These include courses on fumigation in stock and material protection with pesticides or biocidal products as well as on fumigation in the soil. The course contents are defined by TRGS 512.

Seminar E. also conducts expert and advanced training courses on room disinfection with formaldehyde in accordance with TRGS 522 and on the sterilization of medical devices with the biocidal products ethylene oxide and formaldehyde in accordance with TRGS 513.
